How about these...?
Post all text submissions as personal blog entries on the Bamboo Alley site. (Go to My Page -> My Blog (middle left) -> Add New Blog Post (middle right).) For example, you can post your 3 questions there (and tag it with the keyword "questions"). Also, if you want to suggest other process rules, create a new blog entry and tag it with the keyword "rules". I can designate any blog entries we want as to be featured on the front page.
Choose an image to represent you on the Bamboo Alley site. This image can change regularly. One approach would be to choose a word with some juice for you that day, type it into Flickr, and see what you get. (You can capture Flickr images by taking a screenshot... or forget that and just use an image in your inventory.)
Take pictures with your cellphone of things you see (perhaps in answer to the 6 questions you'll have received), and email them to the address in your "My Settings -> Account" page, which will automatically add them to the site.
Do most, if not all, of our non-logistical-related communication (i.e. the process and content of the piece) via blog entries and file uploads on the Bamboo Alley site. This will create a public record of our process.
